Hot Swap Robots
It doesn't matter how small the breakdown; when a robot on your line fails, your productivity is compromised.
Two weeks, 12 weeks, 26 weeks - can you afford the standard turnaround time on a new or used robot? REbotics knows you can't. That's why we offer Hot Swap, a unique program that gets you the replacement robot you need, on your line and back at work, in as much time as it takes to get a truck out to your plant.
Hot Swap works two ways:
One, REbotics keeps a replacement of your particular robot on hand in our warehouse to serve as backup. If one of your robots breaks down, you call us, and we immediately rush over the backup robot to take its place.
Two, REbotics will evaluate, maintain and service your existing robots regularly to prevent malfunctions, as well as keep a backup robot on hand in our warehouse. Should one of your existing robots fail or malfunction, we will replace it with the backup robot while we repair/ rebuild the malfunctioning robot.
